Your order is usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via email.

- Belgium: €5 (free for orders over €50)
- Netherlands: €5 (free for orders over €50)
- Germany: €5 (free for orders over €50)
- France: €7 (free for orders over €100)
- Portugal: €14.60
- Spain: €12.80
- Luxembourg: €11.50
⚠️ Note: Shipments to Spain, Portugal, and Italy may take up to 2–3 weeks.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Choose from the following options:
1. Return via Parcel Service

Belgium & Netherlands:
Use this link to create and print your return label. Returns will be handled by bpost (or PostNL for the Netherlands).

Other Countries:
Contact us at shop@giraffeleuven to arrange a return label. Return shipping costs may vary.
2. Return In-Store
- Bring your return to our store for an exchange or a gift card.
- Refunds cannot be processed in-store and will only be issued via the original payment method.
Refunds
- Refunds are automatically processed using the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
- Damaged or missing tags will make the return invalid.
- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
